Sylvia has been the office manager since 2007 and enjoys working alongside her husband Dr. Carrington. She will help you understand the complicated world of insurance companies and will assist you with any problems you may encounter along your path to a perfect smile. When not at work she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, dancing, traveling, and sharing good food.

Koedee has been our Scheduling and Records Coordinator since 2021. She is diligent in working with our patients to provide the upmost care. When she is not in the office, she enjoys taking walks with her spouse, spending time with her pets and watching crime documentaries.

Maria has been in the Orthodontic field for over 15 years. She genuinely enjoys assisting the patients to achieve the great smile they deserve. She is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and loves spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys making jewelry, reading and watching great movies.

Sarah has worked as an RDA in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and we’ve been fortunate that most of those years have been with The Orthodontic Center. Sarah enjoys reading and spending time with her family when not at work.

Li-Wen was born and raised in Taiwan and has lived in the SF Bay Area since the 1980s. She comes to us after 20+ years of general dentistry and in her free time enjoys food, comedy, dog training, jazz music and martial arts movies. She's fluent in Mandarin and can communicate fluently in ASL
